Molycop Tools© 3.02 may be licensed - upon formal written request to the Licensor - to interested parties in the international mining community, including universities, research centers and engineering firms.

By using or downloading any version of Molycop Tools©, the user agrees to be bound by such licence terms and conditions applying from time to time.

Software "As Is" Disclaimer

Molycop Tools© is licensed “as is” and the Licensor disclaims any and all warranties with regard to such software (whether expressed or implied), including without limitation any implied fitness for a particular purpose, infringement of title, or any warranty of the quality, functionality, operability, use or performance of the software.

Limitation of Liability

Licensees and other users of the software assume all responsibility for and all risk of damage or injury that may occur while using or as a result of or in connection with the software.

Under no circumstances and under no legal theory (whether tort, contract or otherwise) shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (including without limitation damages for business interruption, computer failure or malfunction, loss of business profits, goodwill or information, or any other pecuniary loss or damage).
